Privately owned holiday house containing two modern vacation rentals in Auckland, New Zealand. Close to all amenities with direct bus to the the city center (9kms). Both apartments are fully furnished, warm, sunny, nicely decorated and with all convenience such as stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washer, telephone, Internet, television, stereo, dvd, alarm etc.

Despite its central location the house is located in a quiet environment surrounded by high trees inhabited by tuis,owls, and parrots. The sunny garden with trampoline, hammocks, a sand pit is to be shared between the two units.

Both vacation rentals are modestly priced. We prefer rentals of at least one week, but according to the season we are flexible. Discounts for long-term rentals are available.

The larger of the two holiday homes is located on the ground floor. The holiday rental is suitable for up to six person (or seven in combination with the garden house). The size of the property is approximately 85m2, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate guest-toilet, 1 laundry, kitchen, and large living-dining lounge. The place is well-appointed, very comfortable, warm and sunny with pleasant vistas of the surrounding gardens.

Sunny, cozy, and well-appointed vacation rental suitable for 1-3 person (or 4 in combination with the garden house). The holiday home has one open-plan combined living-dining-cooking area with one queen bed. One separate bedroom with another queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large covered veranda with additional seating and gas-bbq.
